Somtimes i'm not happy with the way i tried to portray the model and i'll jst start over =)

So i've been busy animating and trying to get my uni stuff sorted so here are some sketches from a while ago. I will scan some new ones somtime in the future

This is the last entry from this sketchbook. but i have almost filled up another a3 sized sketchbook, and will take some of the best ones and post them here.

I tried to redraw this fellow expression but in the form of a female
This picture above is actually a grieving bikey, even though his face seems expressionless, there was a lot of emotion in the picture which i tried to portray in my sketch, but didn't quite accomplish it, thats alright, always next time.

Good old Asterix, these Aterix sketches are just straight from the comic, Asterix and the magic carpet. When you try to draw Albert Uderzo's art you really appreciate the amount of experience that went into creating this comic and it remains one of my favourite.

A few sketches from my latest "for fun" sketch book, i usually fill in this one while riding the bus, either to and from a life drawing class or just generally anywhere i need to go.

i never use an eraser, so i messed up the face by focusing to much on the body so i just redrew it =) easy peasy huh
tried to cartoonize this one, kinda worked =)

and yes that is a guy covered in lizards lol, saw it in a magazine and yeah thought it would be somthing different =)

contour drawing which i started shading

i really like these poses now, the foreshortning is a pretty cool thing to try to do.
same with this one. Where the bum meets the lowerback, its really quite a unique shape
just a 3 min gesture pose which came out rather well.
Over the past little while iv had 2 sketch books running, a lifedrawing sketchbook and a forfun sketchbook where i would draw from magazines or some cartoons or whatever i felt like, so i'll be posting some of those.
